Patrick Connelly is an accomplished consultant, trainer, and fundraising professional with nearly three decades of experience leading youth-serving organizations, camps, and nonprofit initiatives.

Patrick currently serves as Director of Development at Girl Scouts of Connecticut, where he has led fundraising strategy, donor cultivation, and major events. ​He has also held senior leadership roles with multiple YMCAs, overseeing camp operations, program development, staff management, safety initiatives, and long-range strategic planning. His work has consistently improved program quality, increased enrollment, optimized budgets, and strengthened organizational infrastructure.

Patrick founded Connelly Consulting Group out of a passion for helping mission-driven organizations grow stronger from the ground up. Patrick’s vision is to partner with organizations as they evolve — nurturing their roots, cultivating their strengths, and turning small ideas into lasting impact.
